Located on the prestigious North Shore of Long Island also known as the “Gold Coast”, our design studio is near many of the surrounding areas that are well known for the lavish estates and properties. Our design studio is also a quick ride to the 5 boroughs of New York City. We are located on Northern Blvd. across the street from the historic Rothmann’s Steak House and local landmark, The East Norwich Inn
Design
The importance of a collaborative design effort between our clients and our team is the key to our company's success. Additionally, we work closely with other design professionals such as architects, interior designers, and civil engineers. The landscape is an extension of the architecture & interior design; therefore, it is imperative that our designs fit with the project narrative. We take our projects from the schematic design phase to design development drawings to construction documents and through the permitting process.
Build
Many of our referrals come from clients pleased with their experience and they recommend our services to their friends, family & colleagues. We undertake the construction and installation process by overseeing and implementing our designs while working directly with the finest craftsmen in the New York area.
Construction Administration/ Management
Implementing design on paper to the field can be a very overwhelming experience. We will work directly with the owner to manage all aspects of the project, from bidding to field supervision and managing the numerous trades involved to make sure the project is built correctly & safely.
